Please note that not all themes on our website are customizable. There are certain themes that come with an option to customize, so you won’t need to touch the code to add your own logo, background or to change the typography. You will also need to have at least a basic understanding of HTML and CSS for an extensive customization job. It will also be of good help if you have a little knowledge about PHP and of course, WordPress.

If your website is hosted by WordPress.com, know that any of the themes you downloaded from MyPrimeThemes will not work on it. If you wish to use any custom theme from our website, you will need to purchase a hosting account and install the software to WordPress.org. All themes on our website will work only on self-hosted WordPress installations.

Yes, we make sure that all the themes on our website are up-to-date and will work well with the latest version of WordPress.

All MyPrimeThemes are tested and proven to work with the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. They will also work regardless of the operating system used if WordPress is properly installed.

All themes that can be found on MyPrimeThemes work fine with most plugins, however, there is no guarantee that all plugins will work with all themes. With so many available plugins out there, it will be impossible for us to test whether each one works with the themes that we have.

Yes, you may utilize the themes on many different websites. Also, there is no limit to the number of times you may download or use a theme, as well as the number of domains you wish to install the themes.
